1. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
For digital products that are made available immediately after purchase, the following applies according to § 356 (5) BGB:
The right of withdrawal expires once the customer expressly agrees that access to the digital content will begin before the withdrawal period ends and confirms that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
2. Customer Confirmation
Before completing the order, the customer confirms:
– that access to the digital product will be activated immediately,
– that the digital content will be provided before the withdrawal period expires,
– that the right of withdrawal expires once access is provided.
3. No Right of Withdrawal After Activation
After the course access is activated (login, starting the videos, or retrieving the content), there is no entitlement to withdrawal or refund.
